If you would like to return your ProSynergy capsules, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery by sending an email to us at: support@infused-fitness.com and let us know that you will would like to return your product.
- The product must be at least 1/2 full in order to quality for a refund.
- We will issue an RMA number, which you must clearly write on the outside of the package, and we will let you know the address to ship the item.
- In order to be eligible for a refund, you must to return the product within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- The product must be returned to us via a track able shipping method. We are not responsible if you do not insure the product and it becomes lost in transit. No refunds will be issued for non-insured items that may become lost in transit.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The product will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, or the product is less than half full, you will not be eligible for a refund.
